1. Apply sunscreen religiously. The hack is, the cream should always be applied atleast 20 mins before you move out in sun. This gives the cream time to get absorbed in skin. Also, select creams which provide protection from both UVA and UVB rays. Remember, high SPF number is not the only thing to care about.
2. Always keep a lip balm at your side. It is your best friend in summers if you want to keep your lips luscious, fuller and hydrated. Preferably, keep a lip balm which has a higher SPF number. It will also prevent darkening of lips. Lips are easily dehydrated beacuse of a very thin cover present on them and hence it becomes more important to take their care.
3. Keep yourself hydrated. Avoid aerated drinks and minimise intake of alcohol this season. Aerated drinks contain high amount of sugar which is not good for your face as it may easily leading to bloated face. Alcohols on the other hand, reduce water retention in body. Drink lots and lots of water. Trust us, their is no drink cooler than water. Flaunt it!
4. Wear absolutely no make up or atleast minimise it. Make ups generally cant sustain high temperatures making your face look messy as well as they are abosrbed in skin pores making them difficult to remove. Keep your natural glow. It will make you feel wow. Use skin toners as they close the pores on skin and hence water retention happens resulting in less dry skins.
